You are cordially invited to attend an E-Filing Seminar “E-Filing in San Mateo County Superior Court.” The program will be held on September 12, 2023, 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Redwood City Hall of Justice, Courtroom 2M.

Description: Hon. Marie Weiner and Hon. Susan Greenberg, representatives from the Clerk’s Offices, and a representative from the Superior Court’s E-Filing manager will kick off our E-filing event. A IT representative will be speaking and going over general e-filing procedures. We will also have dedicated time to go over e-filling for specific areas of the law. Lastly, the court will be answering any questions or concerns.
1 hour of General Law MCLE Credit will be provided.
Cost: The meeting is FREE to SMCBA Members and $15 for Non-Members.
