Estates and trusts attorneys face unusual ethics issues in their practice.  This program, designed for newer lawyers, will cover issues like conflicts of interest, joint representation, the attorney-client privilege, risk management and third party claims, and more, all in the estates and trusts context.  Alison and Laura will discuss some of these common issues, including practical solutions to address or avoid them altogether.
