If you are a professional who is encountering more and more international estate planning issues in your practice and you want to learn more about the tax traps that various international estate planning scenarios could present and be equipped with possible international estate planning solutions, this seminar is designed for you. International estate planning issues can arise from your clients being non-resident/non-citizens of the U.S. with U.S-situs property and/or U.S. resident beneficiaries, or U.S. citizens or residents with foreign situs property and/or non-U.S. citizen or resident beneficiaries. Building on the basics of international estate planning, this seminar will focus on these various scenarios and potential estate planning solutions.
