New Year, New Laws! This presentation will address the 2023 California legislative updates affecting the employment law field as we begin to navigate 2023. We will be discussing new laws, changes to existing laws, and discuss the practical considerations for lawyers to keep in mind when advising clients.

Their practice area focuses on representing employers only relative to the myriad of employment-related laws and requirements from compliance up and through litigation.
