When it comes to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (“DEIB”), good intention is certainly an essential starting point. But it simply isn’t enough. It’s time to put actions to our words and start doing. Really doing. In this course, we’ll explore how to move from our good intentions to meaningful and tangible impacts. We’ll cover hot topics and recent research data, common obstacles to DEIB progress, and concrete best practice actions you can take to make real change.

Who: Our speaker, Lisa Wachtell is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) practitioner and consultant. Lisa partners with organizations to develop and integrate effective DEIB principles and strategies into their business practices and company cultures. Lisa has successfully designed and launched practical DEIB strategies, executed actionable implementation plans, and learning/training programs that focus on “meeting organizations where they’re at” and moving the needle to motivate sustainable organizational and behavioral change.

Lisa holds her M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for Human Resources from Cornell University, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
