Fellner, Esq. a California Certified Legal Malpractice Attorney and Shareholder of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney along with colleague Kevin Cardona, Esq. will discuss and provide practical steps to avoid legal malpractice exposure and address new ethical issues that have surfaced for lawyers in a post-Covid-19 world.
