The Women Lawyers’ Section will honor the San Mateo County Bench at their Annual Holiday Judges’ Luncheon on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm at Angelica’s in Redwood City. The San Mateo County Women Lawyers’ Section Educational Foundation will be holding its annual raffle.

- Grilled New York Steak with peppercorn sauce, and served with roasted potatoes, and vegetables(chef’s choice) (gluten free and dairy free);
- Pan-Seared Salmon with lemon dill sauce, served with roasted potatoes, and grilled vegetables (chef’s choice) (gluten free);

You are cordially invited to attend a Criminal Court E-Filing Seminar. The seminar will be held November 20, 2019, from 12:00pm – 1:30pm at the Redwood City Hall of Justice, Courtroom 2H.
This seminar will be presented by Hon. Donald Ayoob, Jeff Rolston, Dennis Dauenhauer, Sara Afu, including Tyler Technologies, the Court’s E-Filing vendor.
The seminar will provide an overview of E-Filing subsequent petitions in Criminal Cases. The Court currently allows permissive E-Filing of subsequent petitions in criminal matters. The Court’s E-Filing Manager (EFM) vendor, Tyler Technologies, will be on-site to explain the E-filing model used at the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo. Electronic Filing Service Providers (EFSPs) will also be present at this seminar to individually discuss the services they provide to attorneys and litigants. Court personnel will discuss “do’s and “dont’s” for e-filing and offer practice pointers for successfully E-Filing subsequent petitions.
1 hour of General Law MCLE Credit will be provided.
