Please join the Family Law Section on Friday, May 10, 2019, for a presentation by Lee Ann Horton.  Ms. Horton will detail how to relate the various income items as reported on tax returns and K-1’s to cash flow available for support.  Discussion will include adjustments for pass-through income, capital gains/(losses), rental income, and business income.  After determining the taxable income and cash flow adjustments the DissoMaster inputs for each income category will be explained.  Ms. Horton will also cover when and how to apply the Qualified Business Interest deduction.

Lee Ann Horton, JD, CPA, CVA has been a forensic accountant for over ten years.  She started Anza Accounting in 2018 in Santa Clara County.  Her practice includes determining income available for support, business valuation, separate property tracing, allocation of community and separate property restricted stock units and stock options, Pereira/Van Camp analysis, and lost profits analysis.

One hour of MCLE Credit will be provided for attendance. 

Cost: $45 for Family Law Section members and $55 for non-section members.
