The New Normal: Using Technology to Mediate and Litigate Cases Remotely in the Age of Social Distancing and Beyond

The Labor & Employment Section invites you to a live webinar on Thursday, May 21, 2020 with speaker David A. Lowe.

Social distancing and shelter-in-place restrictions have instantly made videoconferencing and other technology a necessity for lawyers to effectively represent their clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation! Our speaker will discuss how videoconferencing is working (or not) as we are forced to adopt and rely on this technology, as well as provide tips for making the most of the technology to achieve a successful outcome for our clients.

David A. Lowe is Managing Partner of the San Francisco-based law firm Rudy, Exelrod, Zieff, and Lowe, LLP, where he litigates individual and class action employment matters on behalf of employees. He specializes in complex litigation, cross-border employment cases, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, commission disputes and executive employment contract and severance negotiations.  In addition, Mr. Lowe works as a neutral mediator to help parties resolve disputes and find a better alternative to continued litigation.
